We are looking for a permanent, full time Senior Complaints Assessor to join the Complaints Assessment Team for our client's Auckland Office.  Our client promotes and protects the rights of consumers in the Health and Disability Sector. For the right person, we will consider a part-time candidate (over 20 hours).

Ideally you will have a legal background of 2-3 years PQE or a very strong clinical background.


You will have a calm, positive personality and be highly motivated.

Importantly you will need to be technically competent in report writing, good at analysing large volumes of information and be able to mentor 6-8 junior staff.

The person will need to be both solution and team focused, preferably with experience in managing a caseload.
