Here is a singular opportunity for a motivated and talented litigator to join a leading specialist commercial and dispute resolution law firm.
This firm is a well-established and is recognised as an elite provider of legal services to a variety of listed companies, multinationals, privately held companies, entrepreneurs and business innovators.
They invite an additional Litigation Partner to join their busy practice.
Ideal candidates will be NZ admitted litigators with upwards of 12 years’ high calibre post qualification experience and expert technical knowledge of general commercial litigation and/or a related dispute resolution practice area. Given the firm’s excellent existing commercial litigation practice, it is important that your skill set and client referral base complements this.
You may already be an experienced Partner or be an aspiring Partner currently at Senior Associate or similar. Likely you will have gained high calibre litigation experience in a top-tier law firm, boutique practice or Chambers of recognised quality. You will possess a strong client service orientation, be solutions focused, communicative and have a collaborative interpersonal style.
The firm is willing to contemplate appointments at salaried or equity Partner level, depending on skills and experience. It is preferred that the candidate bring their own client base, but this is not essential. This firm will provide you with a solid foundation practice, support your practice development and help you to realise the future you seek. A future-focused approach to your practice and enthusiasm for marketing and business development will ensure you work well with the firm to grow your litigation practice.
This is an exceptional opportunity to create the future you imagined.
