We currently have an opportunity for an experience Corporate Solicitor to join a fast-paced in-house team.

You will be working as a General Counsel and advising on policy at the same time, which will involve delivering consistent and effective regulatory policy advice and expertise to ensure the development and application of regulatory policy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Senior Solicitor or Associate, to take their banking and finance/corporate skills into an in-house role and broaden their legal experience.

You will also be providing support and coordinating new strategic goals to internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 4 - 8+ years of experience either in a corporate environment or private practice
  • Financial services and public law knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding the financial sector
